This is a fundraiser to get a REALLY BIG Lego set for Eli.

He has always enjoyed Lego sets and bought a number of them when he was starting to earn money. Actually the whole family enjoys them.

Some of the bigger ones have up to 7000 pieces, so one of them should provide hours of fun for him as he recuperates from chemo treatments.

We've had a lot of people ask what he enjoys doing. He has a wide variety of interests, but this is one that we believe would be a lot of fun and could be worked at sporadically as the mood strikes.

The biggest set is almost 4 feet long and costs almost $1700. If we get close we'll get one for him, this is your chance to participate in the fun.

UPDATE: THANK YOU!! We have bought The Big Lego Set! Eli had the fun of researching which one he wanted last week when he was feeling blah, and he said he wants to start putting it together after this cycle when he feels the effects. So it is sitting at home waiting for him, all 7541 pieces and 495 pages of instructions.

Since this set was not the most expensive one, we have some money left over that we will likely use to get a desk for Eli for in the basement to give him some room to spread out. His current desk in his room is rather small.
