Legion Post #99 Stolen AC Units

Sometime during the night of December 4th 2023 the two Air Conditioning Units at the Wold-Chamberlain American Legion Post #99 were destroyed and the copper coils stolen out them.

This comes as a major blow in the trying times following Covid -19 that nearly put us out of commission. We are a Non-Profit organization that provides assistance and funding to local Veterans, schools, hospitals and more.

This is one of the worst possible things to happen to us especially now that the Minnesota Government bodies have continually shot down the Omnibus bill that too aim at freeing our non-profit from the $15,000 property tax bill from the city of Minneapolis.

We are requesting donations to assist in replacing the expensive units & adding necessary security system upgrades to monitor the property.

Any donations will be used exclusively for Legion Post purposes.
