I’m raising funds for my husband, who has been detained by ICE and is currently in custody awaiting his proceedings. We have been together for more than 20 years, and he has been a responsible father to our children and the life partner who has sustained me with his love and support through so much. This separation has brought deep pain to our family.

Along with the sadness of having him taken from us, we are also facing the helplessness of trying to navigate a situation that is tearing our family apart. My husband is an honest, hardworking man, and watching our family go through this has been devastating. The stress and worry this has caused are growing out of control as we try to face each day without him home.

The funds from this fundraiser will go toward the legal fees for his immigration proceedings and detention case. These costs are very expensive, and we simply cannot afford them on our own. Support will help us fight for my husband and give our family a chance to get through this painful time with the legal help we need.
