I’m raising funds for my dad and my uncle after they were arrested by ICE. This was completely unexpected, and our family is now facing urgent legal costs at a time when everything has been turned upside down. They were on the way to work when they were stopped and taken in without questions.

My dad is the one who provides for his family, and my uncle also provides for his. Their absence has created immediate hardship for all of us. I had to leave my kids back home in North Carolina so I could come help my dad, and right now I am the only one in the family with legal status and the only one able to help both my dad and my uncle. My mother is not working at the moment, which has made this even harder on our family.

The money raised will go toward lawyer expenses and for things my dad and uncle need while they are in the detention center. These legal costs are urgent, and any support will help us fight for them and make sure they have what they need right now.
