I'm starting this fundraiser for my dad, Eleazar. A few days ago, he was taken into ICE custody, and our family is now trying to get him the legal help he needs as quickly as possible.

We need support for a lawyer and the legal fees related to his detention and court process. Eleazar is the main provider for our family through his own business, and he is also the person we turn to for guidance when we need it most. Having him taken from us so suddenly has been a heavy blow for all of us. The youngest of his children is still a minor, misses him deeply, and is afraid she might not see him soon.

Eleazar also helps and volunteers his time at the church he attends. He has been going there for years and has been faithful and loving to everyone he has met.

There is added urgency because Eleazar has a court appearance on November 9. Right now, our focus is making sure he has representation and help with the fees connected to his case.
