I recently found myself navigating an unexpected legal situation after speaking publicly about my own experience.

Earlier this year, I attended a public event and later learned that footage of me was used by a business for promotional and investor-facing materials without my consent. When I asked for the content to be removed, my concerns were initially dismissed. After I spoke about what happened, I received legal threats related to my public commentary.

I am raising funds to consult qualified legal counsel so I can protect my rights, understand my legal obligations, and respond appropriately and responsibly. Legal guidance is expensive, and this fund will help cover consultation, review of correspondence, and defensive legal strategy as I navigate this process.

I want to be clear: I do not condone harassment, threats, or violence of any kind, and I have not encouraged or participated in such conduct. I am not responsible for the independent actions of others. This fundraiser is solely to support lawful legal consultation and self-protection.

Any funds raised will be used strictly for legal fees and related professional costs. If funds remain unused, they will be donated to organizations that support free speech and legal access.
