Carlos Maldonado, a Provincetown resident, Community Service Officer, and student at Cape Cod Community College, has been detained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol at Logan Airport.

Carlos came to the U.S. legally as a young child from Honduras and grew up in Provincetown and is a graduate of Cape Cod Regional Tech. He was detained when his domestic flight from Puerto Rico was diverted to Bermuda.
