In 2004 Toby Mallet was killed in the Iraq war.  When his wife, a German citizen, returned to the U.S. to attend his funeral she was forced to return her green card at the border unlawfully, on an I407 that she was forced to sign to enter the country to attend his funeral.  Distraught and unaware she relinquished her Legal ststus in the U.S.

She has two children with Toby and is currently living in Louisiana with a mountain of legal fees to return her legal status to her.

Toby and Saskia's oldest son Justin is enlisting in the Army in 2 months and should any emergency arise that requires her to leave the States, she will not be able to return home.  She currently lives less than 500 feet from Tony's grave and damn sure deserves to live in the country that her husband died for.



I am trying to raise money to help pay her filing and attorney fees that will be 7000 dollars.  Any help would be amazing.
