Donation protected
We are seeking legal council through Kitchen & Turrentine, PLLC. Based on their assessment and the assertion of their client Cooper is in violation of Article 1, Section 1 of the NC Constitution and Cooper did not have the concurrence of the Council of State.
The initial retainer is $35,000, overtime we will need more donations to continue to fund this lawsuit. We set the cap of the fundraiser at 50K to cover the gofundme fees of 2.9% plus $0.30 fee per donation and incidentals.
If this lawsuit is successful we should be able to apply this to all businesses.
