Since January, my life has been turned upside down. What should be a safe and peaceful home for my children has become a place filled with anxiety and fear.

My neighbor has repeatedly made false accusations against me and my family. Even though I have proof that these claims are not true, the situation has only gotten worse. I have chosen not to engage or retaliate—I stayed quiet, hoping it would stop—but it hasn’t. In just two weeks, she has called the MPs 15 times and even involved CPS, pulling my children into something they don’t understand and should never have to go through.

As a parent, there is nothing more painful than seeing your kids affected like this. I can’t even let them play outside without worrying about what might happen next. Our sense of safety has been taken from us.

To make things even more overwhelming, my stepmother has now joined in. She has shown up at my home uninvited, harassed me online, and spread false information about me. Now, she has taken legal action against me, summoning me to court over two charges: a felony for falsifying documents in a government matter, and a misdemeanor for harassing communications.

These accusations are serious and frightening—especially because I truly don’t know what evidence she may try to present. I have done my best to stay silent and handle things the right way, but now I am being forced to defend myself.

My court date is March 23rd, just one day before my birthday, and I am running out of time to find and afford proper legal representation.

I never imagined I would be in a situation like this—fighting not just for myself, but for my children’s safety and peace of mind. I am asking for help to cover attorney fees and court costs so I can defend myself and protect my family from further harm.
