Legal Help for father that had his kids taken

Hi, my name is Trevor and this has been a very tough 568 days and counting for me.

On December 5th of 2023, my wife took off with all of my kids and filed a protective order against me under false pretenses. After a chain of Dominos thay fell from that first one she tipped over, I have missed two Christmas', New Years, 9 of my 5 kids' birthdays AND two father's days without them as well as countless life events. I haven't even been allowed to speak to them. I have found out their mother has poisoned their innocent little minds against me. I hired what I thought was a competent lawyer, but he was incredibly slow with action.

I had a glimmer of hope when my ex has agreed to mediation on January 10th. After each side spent $1375 for just the mediator fees, my wife still didn't budge.

I've spent $40,000 on legal fees thus far but I am completely tapped out. I finally am giving up with my current counsel and found one I believe will zealously represent me. But now I need to pay her retainer.

I have nothing left. I was homeless for some time living with a friend and finally was able to find an apartment that I could afford.

I desperately need to raise money for the retainer fast!

I am a father who is FIGHTING to be with his children. PLEASE HELP ME! God gave me those children and she is NOT powerful enough to take them from me!

I'm broken, I'm lost and I feel like my life is worthless without my kids. I need to see them and hopefully soon.
