Hi, my name is Alysia, and I’m a single mother doing everything I can to provide a safe, stable, and loving life for my children.

As a survivor of domestic violence it makes this even more difficult. My children have endured enough trauma already and this needs to be addressed immediately within the legal system in order to protect them.

Right now, I’m facing an urgent custody situation that requires legal action. I am seeking full custody to ensure my children’s well-being and long-term stability. This is not a decision I’ve taken lightly—it comes from a place of love, concern, and the responsibility I feel every day as a parent.

Unfortunately, navigating the legal system is expensive and overwhelming. I need to hire a qualified family law attorney and cover court-related costs, but as a single mom, I simply don’t have the financial resources to do this on my own within the time required.

I am asking for help to raise funds for:

Attorney retainer fees

Court filing costs

Legal documentation and representation
