OCT2023, spend the last of the funds received, paid $2,500 to a local law firm for them to send a letter of reimbursement for items not returned.

14SEP2023, ATF returned 25% of my items on 20JUL2023, they still have most of my valuable items and I'm getting ready to send them a reimbursement claim.

Petty Officer 1st Class Marcelo, a 20-year Active Duty veteran who was a victim of ATF's harassment. He did not violate any laws and regulations but still being treated like a criminal. ATF seized over $20k worth of his property, and he was threatened by the ATF about pressing charges against him if he kept inquiring about his seized property.
