The Lakeland Families Coalition and concerned residents of our community are coming together again to oppose T-Mobile’s proposed cell tower at Lakeland Regional High School—just steps from homes and next to a local school.
In December 2023, residents organized, hired legal counsel, and fought this proposal. Because of that effort, the Planning Board denied the application and construction was stopped.
But the fight did not end there.
T-Mobile sued the Borough and the Planning Board, and now the Borough has entered into a proposed settlement that could allow the tower to be built at the Lakeland site after all. A public hearing is scheduled for April 16, 2026, and we are now in a critical moment.
We need to act quickly to protect our homes, our neighborhood, and the families who live closest to this site.
To respond effectively, we need to secure legal representation immediately. We are now raising additional funds to continue the legal fight and prepare for this next phase.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward attorney fees and legal support so that our community can be properly represented and have the strongest possible voice in this process.
If you care about stopping this tower, protecting nearby homes, standing up for our children, and ensuring that residents are not steamrolled without a real fight, please consider donating and sharing this fundraiser.
Every contribution helps. Thank you for standing with the Lakeland Families Coalition and supporting this effort.
