My name is Chris, and I am raising funds to cover legal costs as I take action against the New York State Board of Elections. Last November, the Rensselaer County Board of Elections failed to follow laws, rules, and regulations during the required 3% audit. Their actions have raised serious concerns about the integrity of the election process in my community. Despite clear evidence of irregularities, the NY State Board of Elections has refused to investigate these violation, leaving many voters—including myself—uncertain if our votes were properly counted.
This lack of accountability has deeply affected my trust in the electoral system. I believe that every vote should count, and when officials fail to uphold their responsibilities, it undermines the rights of all citizens. I am pursuing legal action because I feel my right to vote has been denied, and I want to ensure that future elections are fair and transparent for everyone in Rensselaer County.
I am working with a law firm , but I cannot afford the legal costs on my own. The funds raised will go directly toward paying for legal counsel and related expenses. Your support will help me seek justice and hold the Board accountable, protecting the rights of all voters in our community.
For those who want to know the facts of the case, here is the complaint letter that I sent to the State Board of Elections, and which was dismissed arbitrarilly. Send me your thoughts!
