Consolidated Wellness Solutions, LLC is asking for your help. As most of you know we have been shut down by the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the sale of commonly available nutritional supplements and homeopathics.

Their contention is that these types of products are improperly labeled as "homeopathics" or "supplements" when their belief is that they must be labeled as "drugs". Our belief (and the belief of the other manufacturers that we deal with such as DesBio, Mediral and others) is that the products meet all current labeling specifications.

We have gone back and forth with the aforementioned agencies and are now at a stalemate. They contend that we cannot sell any of these products and that our inventory must be destroyed. Our inventory consists of hundreds of thousands of dollars in products and destruction would be devastating to us. This would be the end of Consolidated Wellness Solutions, LLC as we know it.

We have reached out to multiple FDA compliance attorneys and specialists and their initial opinion is that we can fight this. They agree with us and feel that there is a gross misunderstanding of labeling requirements by ODA and FDA.

We want to fight this fight on behalf of Consolidated Wellness Solutions, LLC and the thousands of people that we have worked with over the years.
