Legal Fees to Sue Our Abuser

My name is Paris. My friend Ana and I have been harassed and stalked by a woman named October Evans.

October has now filed for TWO restraining orders against us for the sole purpose of intimidating us, as neither one of us wants to communicate or interact with her after everything she’s done. We have been stalked, harassed, and in Ana’s case abused and physically intimidated.

I am a public figure and rely on my reputation for income. October has made dozens of baseless allegations against me (including but not limited to: sending her death threats, lying about being Deaf, fraud, and sending a BOMB to her house). I want to sue for defamation, but more importantly we both want to sue for emotional damages. This process has been grueling and traumatic, and we just want it to end.
