Legal Fees to Keep Daughter in State

My name is Steven Ezra, I am a registered nurse living in Denver, CO. Formerly, I was a professional dancer living in New York City and traveling the world. After the birth of my daughter, Aurora, she became my world so I retired from dance to become a nurse. Times were tough after I retired and went back to school, I was separated from Aurora's mom and she started to move with Aurora to different states.

First, she was in Connecticut, then Maryland, then Colorado. With every move, I adjusted my life to accommodate each move. With the last move to Colorado, I decided to take a chance and moved away from my life in New York to be with Aurora. While here in Denver, I got a job and bought a house to provide for my little girl. Now Aurora's mom is planning to move again, this time to Cincinnati, OH. I am concerned about Aurora, who is now 7 years old, moving too much. Aurora deserves a stable home with both parents working together.

Please help me plead my case to keep her in the state of Colorado and be the dad Aurora deserves. I am not asking for custody, I am going to plead for Aurora and her mom to stay in the state so we can co-parent.
