Our team, Betterman Elite, is seeking assistance with legal fees on behalf of the four athletes who have been placed on suspension from competing in the 2022 wrestling season for Falcon High School.

 

This suspension came following complaints submitted to CHSSA after a news article was published by the Colorado Springs Gazette, highlighting Aydin Rix McElhinney for his accomplishments within the sport of wrestling and naming Landon Drury, Nevin Smith and Daniel Leon within the article.

 

We feel this suspension has come as a surprise and is unjust as our athletes were not given a proper investigation into the allegations made upon them.

 

With the high school regional tournament fast approaching, our goal is to reinstate our athletes back to competition and prove our athletes are innocent of any wrongdoing.
