Hi, my name is Charlie, and Izzy was my best friend, she was the most incredible person I ever had the privilege of meeting.

On the 26th of April 2025, our beautiful Izzy tragically passed away. Her loss has devastated everyone who knew her, but the pain is even heavier because there were significant failures from the medical and social care systems leading up to her death. Izzy deserved so much better, and her family and friends deserve answers.

Right now, Izzy’s mum, Ann, is facing the impossible task of going through her daughter’s inquest without the legal support she desperately needs. The process is complex, overwhelming, and incredibly costly. Ann doesn’t have the financial means to secure proper legal representation, but getting that representation is vital if we’re going to uncover the truth and get Izzy the justice she deserves.
