Legal fees for Amelia and I Lawyers bond more!

Hi everyone. Yesterday I was Arrested at Hancock county juvenile court. I had missed the court date the day before, because probation arrested my daughter again for no reason. For me not being able to get her to a 5-10 truancy meeting. Her court was at 1, mine was at 130 in the municipal building. My lawyer had already changed it with the judge. Hancock County Sheriff arrested me walking out of the court room. I’m like I’m going to municipal right now to get this warrant lifted. The judge and lawyer were waiting. FPD shows up. They will not let me go to court. They start talking shit to me. They refused to give me any water or a drink. ( I was choking, coughing and short of breath from my MS and stress and being upset. The one officer told me if I stand up again he will put me down. My hands are bruised and swollen. I was not fighting it, they were being aggressive. I again asked for water and told them again about my medical condition. Still no water then they locked me in the police car for 20 min coughing and unable to breath. Sure hot out and in the car. I am filing a complaint and I’ve been in touch with ACLU,a lawyer, and Hancock county Commissioner.

So over the lAst year my children and I have had a really hard time. My MS got seriously exacerbated. My kids have been Thru hell. It was bad enough watching their mom with MS, and it quickly progressed. But depression stress exhaustion came with it. We also lived in a house with black mold. We were all really sick.

about a year ago my 14 year old daughter went through a legal incident with an adult male at the skating rink in Findlay Ohio. Assault charges were pressed,and it’s absurd.

so a whole bunch of shit happened. Missing court dates, my health, a father who’s pretty much absent and when he shows he’s negative and tears her down.

she has been treated unfairly by Hancock County Probation , and Juvenile Court. Not to mention Cps and school.

my daughter is currently in juvenile detention unfairly and unjust. This is the 5th time she’s been arrested and she never did anything. Doesn’t do drugs or drink. They have humiliated her in multiple ways. They have arrested me twice, for petty stuff with her. Missing a court date, even though I call send emails and we had doctor notes.

they want her to serve 20 days! I said absolutely not. Show me a precedent for that absurd amount. I told the judge I would serve her 20 days!! And they wouldn’t let me.

This has gone on for long enough. Theres a whole lot more of unfair treatment, discrimination,and outright human indecency. From FPD , juvenile court,Cps, FindlAy highschool.

so we would appreciate any help you can give.

i need to recover Bond. Pay for lawyers. The travel back n forth to Findlay. There’s so much costs already .. . It never ends.

but I refuse to just do nothing! I will always fight for them and what’s right!!

there’s so much more to this story. I really have a huge case for a discrimination lawsuit.

and I’m not leaving my daughter in jail for something she didn’t do.

i bc will be going live on FB, Live on Twitter, and Live on my OF… protesting at Juvenile Court until my daughter comes home.
