Hi, my name is Emma Godfrey and in order to get a fair outcome in a divorce settlement, I really need help in raising funds to pay for representation from a solicitor.

Having given up my career to raise my 2 beautiful girls, this now leaves me struggling to find any money to pay legal costs. I shouldn’t have to ‘battle’ for a fair outcome but sadly a lot of (usually) women find themselves in my shoes after being the main carer and leaving themselves vulnerable in a marriage break-up. I have been left with no other alternative than to resort to asking for support, to ensure I can cover all necessary legal costs.
