Earlier this year, I shared my story here after speaking up about sexual harassment at my workplace. I chose to make a formal Fair Work Complaint after refusing to be silenced by a confidentiality agreement. I launched this fundraiser to help cover the overwhelming legal costs of challenging that decision.

I am relieved to share that the CIS and I were able to reach a resolution in consiliation. While I can’t go into all the details, I can say that I feel able to close this chapter and move forward.
