AUG 4 UPDATE: deVlaming & Rivellini is a highly reputable firm, and I greatly appreciate their expertise. After exploring options with other firms, I found that their fees, while reflective of their quality, are higher than what suits my case. Their quoted fee was $25,000 if the charge is dismissed, or $50,000 if the case proceeds to trial. I’ve decided to proceed with another firm whose fees are approximately 90% lower. Thanks to the generous support from this GoFundMe and private donations, we’ve raised $4,139.14 after fees, which should cover all costs, even if we go to trial.
