I never expected that sharing a personal experience online would result in being sued in federal court.

A lawsuit was filed against me in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida after I shared my experience online.

Defending a federal lawsuit can be extremely expensive even in the early stages. Attorneys I have spoken with explained that responding to the complaint, reviewing the case, and preparing filings can require significant legal fees.

Because of the financial burden involved in defending the case, I am seeking support to help cover legal expenses while I work with counsel and navigate the legal process.

How the funds will be used

• legal retainer for defense counsel

• consultation and document review

• possible settlement negotiation assistance

• court filings and legal preparation costs

Any funds raised will go directly toward legal fees related to responding to the lawsuit.
