ASESINATO DE SANTI
Hace mas de 5 años y medio Santi Coca Hacine-Bacha de 17 años, murió a causa de una brutal paliza a manos de una banda criminal de Irún de procedencia rumana, marroquí, argelina y española.
Todos mayores de edad, contra un menor. Dicha manada completamente ajena y desconocida por Santi y sus amigos, después de robarles el tabaco, acecharon y esperaron a que los chavales salieran de la discoteca donde sucedió todo. Santi, al percatarse de que trataban de lincharles, salió corriendo, separándose del grupo, fue cuando le persiguieron y alcanzaron primero.
Entre cuatro y luego siete, comenzaron a agredirlo brutal y repetidamente.
Con un primer golpe, dejaron a Santi inconsciente en el suelo y no contentos con esto, siguieron propinándole patadas con saña en la cabeza, hasta causarle la muerte cerebral. Su hermano Iker fue a rescatarlo, pero fue golpeado y tirado al suelo, observando a su vez como su hermano moría.
PROCESO JUDICIAL
ANTES DEL PRIMER JUICIO AÑO 2019
Sorprendente y repentinamente, al mes de iniciar la autopsia, el médico forense fallece. La madre de Santi se reunió tres días antes con dicho forense. Ella misma solicitó que este hecho se investigara. Y que se repitiera la autopsia con el rigor que merecía.
No obstante, este médico le dijo a la madre de Santi que aún faltando 2 meses para determinar la causa de la muerte, fueron los golpes los que la causaron.
En verano de 2019 Fátima, la madre de Santi acude a Medicina Legal, allí no revisan la autopsia, lo mismo ocurrió en octubre, sin embargo se cerró la autopsia sin el lazo estratégico de muerte natural, debilitando así la denuncia por parte de la fiscalía.
Nadie se creyó este final. Fátima estuvo con depresión y con un pensamiento insistente y clínico de suicidio.
Como madre, sacó fuerzas de flaqueza, y encargó una autopsia privada en Medicina Legal de la Complutense de Madrid, admitiendo el informe, que la causa de la muerte de Santi fue por los golpes.
PRIMER JUICIO
El primer juicio tenía que haber comenzado en marzo de 2023, se pospuso por encontrarse huido uno de los acusados. Mohamed Osama, alias “el Sami” y “el Argelino”. En su primera declaración al ser arrestado, decía que toda su banda estaba implicada.
Más adelante, en el juicio, no se habló en ningún momento de esto.
SEGUNDO JUICIO
En noviembre de 2023 tuvo lugar el juicio popular (decide un jurado popular) contra los 6 imputados, (de entre 10-12 que integraban la banda) uno de los cuales se encontraba huido desde octubre de 2022, este último fue detenido en febrero de este año 2024. La fiscalía celebró el juicio sin tener en cuenta esta declaración, favoreciendo así a los clanes rumanos y marroquies. Y quedando en prisión el Español.
El resultado del juicio fue: 5 de ellos absueltos, y el sexto, único español, está cumpliendo condena, cuando todos son absolutamente CULPABLES.
TERCER JUICIO
En noviembre de este año 2024 tendrá lugar un tercer juicio, al haber detenido al sexto imputado el cual ha huido de la justicia 6 veces sin haber sido extraditado a tiempo para poder celebrar un solo juicio.
Es por ello, a falta de recursos económicos, la madre pide ayuda económica, ya que por desgracia no le conceden un abogado de oficio, despues de haber tocado todas las puertas.
Hasta ahora llevan gastados más de 50.000 euros, incluido las pruebas periciales.
La familia de Santi lleva 5 años y medio buscando La JUSTICIA y al mismo tiempo lidian con el duelo por la pérdida. Además, están realizando un desembolso económico tremendo por los costes de todo este proceso. Mas de 50.000€.
A parte del sufrimiento, la familia, los amigos de Santi y la sociedad, nos sentimos desamparados; puesto que, según el resultado de este proceso judicial, entendemos que quitarle la vida a una persona sale prácticamente gratis. Esta banda, así como muchas otras, continúan en libertad, y por desgracia proliferando, con el consiguiente riesgo de que vuelvan a agredir o matar a otras personas.
Necesitamos justicia y paz tanto para Santi, su familia y amigos, como a nivel social y planetario, después de tanto tiempo de sufrimiento.
LA MADRE AMENAZADA
La madre de Santi tuvo que irse a vivir lejos de su tierra y de su gente, por haber sido amenazada por el argelino, imputado huido durante dos años.
Qué queda oculto y todos deberíamos saber.
Uno quiere estar protegido en su ciudad. La protección es como llevar un impermeable en plena marejada en el Paseo Nuevo de Donostia- San Sebastián, España. Salta la Ola y te cala hasta los huesos.
La familia denuncia, se busca un buen abogado y si tienes una hipoteca, olvídate de cualquier ayuda, tengas trabajo o no.
La justicia es para ricos o no.
Un juzgado popular se ocupa de tu caso, los aíslan durante el juicio y lo único que quieren es irse a su casa y no ser amenazados cuando esto acabe.
Después viene la sentencia años de cárcel e indemnizaciones. Los delincuentes son insolventes, por definición; la familia apoquina con todos los gastos. El nuevo juicio para evitar que vuelva a delinquir pegando palizas a menores será de 40.000€, y vamos a juicio por corresponsabilidad para proteger a los jóvenes de este desalmado.

SANTI'S MURDER
More than five and a half years ago, Santi Coca Hacine-Bacha, aged 17, died as a result of a brutal beating at the hands of a criminal gang from Irún of Romanian, Moroccan, Algerian and Spanish origin.
All of them adults, against a minor. This gang, completely unknown to Santi and his friends, after stealing their tobacco, lay in wait for the kids to leave the disco where it all happened. Santi, realizing that they were trying to lynch them, ran away, separating himself from the group, which was when they chased him and caught him first.
Between four and then seven, they began to brutally and repeatedly attack him.
With a first blow, they left Santi unconscious on the ground and not content with this, they continued to kick him savagely in the head, until causing brain death. His brother Iker went to rescue him, but was beaten and thrown to the ground, watching as his brother died.
JUDICIAL PROCESS
BEFORE THE FIRST TRIAL IN 2019
Surprisingly and suddenly, a month after the autopsy began, the forensic doctor died. Santi's mother met with the forensic doctor three days earlier. She herself requested that this fact be investigated. And that the autopsy be repeated with the rigor it deserved.
However, this doctor told Santi's mother that even though there were still 2 months left to determine the cause of death, it was the blows that caused it.
In the summer of 2019, Fátima, Santi's mother, went to the Legal Medicine Department, where they did not review the autopsy, the same thing happened in October, however the autopsy was closed without the strategic link of natural death, thus weakening the complaint by the prosecution.
Nobody believed this ending. Fátima was depressed and had persistent and clinical thoughts of suicide.
As a mother, she found the strength to do so and ordered a private autopsy at the Complutense University of Madrid's Forensic Medicine, with the report admitting that the cause of Santi's death was due to the blows.
FIRST TRIAL
The first trial was due to begin in March 2023, but was postponed because one of the accused was on the run: Mohamed Osama, alias "el Sami" and "el Argelino". In his first statement upon being arrested, he said that his entire gang was involved.
Later, during the trial, this was never mentioned.
SECOND TRIAL

THIRD TRIAL

THE THREATENED MOTHER
Santi's mother had to go and live far from her land and her people, having been threatened by the Algerian, accused and on the run for two years.
What remains hidden and we should all know.
One wants to be protected in one's city. Protection is like wearing a raincoat in the middle of the swell on the Paseo Nuevo in Donostia-San Sebastián, Spain. The wave comes out and soaks you to the bone.
The family files a complaint, looks for a good lawyer and if you have a mortgage, forget about any help, whether you have a job or not.
Justice is for the rich or not.
A popular court deals with your case, they are isolated during the trial and all they want is to go home and not be threatened when this is over.
