Legal assistance and Attorney Fees

 

I’m not one to vent all my life story on Facebook but since Steve has passed, it has truly been a living hell! First his kids take al his money we had saved out of the safe for “burial expenses” even though he had a life insurance policy. Then they wait til I’m at work three days later and take EVERYTHING else, guns, silver, titles, deeds out of the safe. They even took all the keys to MY firework stand, tool box, shed, his truck, ect… no explanation of why they did this. And yes I called the police because I felt ROBBED! Then I get an eviction notice for me and the two grandkids to leave the house. No money and nowhere to go!!!! Thank God his sister has given me a home to live in. Yes it needed tons of work but we all did it as a family! And for that I am VERY grateful! Wednesday I went to court and have to pay them $700 rent, court cost and attorney fees because I wasn’t out by the end of March. Now after court, I have to return June 1st because I am being sued for the appliances that I have paid for. This is what 26 years in a relationship will get you when there is nothing in writing! Pure greed! Forget the fact that they was able to go on their vacations and cruises while I put my entire life on hold! I even dropped out of the RN program to take care of their dad! Life lesson learned! I know I have done absolutely nothing wrong and I don’t deserve the way I have been treated. I may be wrong for posting all this BUT I AM EXTREMELY MAD AND HURT!!!!
