My name is Susan and I live in San Jose, Ca. I have known Stan Maxwell for something over 30 years. I grew up around him, his Mom, and sister. I have his blessing in making this account. His lawyer in Eureka is also aware of this account being created.

We all know how awesome Stan is, and I do not have enough space to write about it here. One day when all is well and right with this, we can have a BBQ/Roast to talk about how awesome he is while he stands by and laughs & cries.


This account is being created to support Stan for immediate financial assistance with his legal defense and  some basic living expenses.

As of today 10/19/2020 Stan does NOT have ANY access to his finances/bank account. He is experiencing a sudden and very unexpected evolving legal issue accessing it.

The funds will be released in the following  ways: a majority of these funds will will be  directly released to his lawyer to cover his legal defense via a check. The remaining funds will be for living expenses and released directly to Stan via a few different methods (not a check).
