- to reverse and stop the legalization and use of marijuana and hemp products with THC content.
- getting out the truth about so-called "medical" marijuana.
- to stop the advertising of marijuana and hemp products with THC content;
- to help ensure that sellers, distributors, and those in the marijuana industry are held liable for harms caused by the use of marijuana and hemp products with THC content;
- to help ensure that users who have been harmed and other victims, including secondhand smoke victims, receive remuneration to help remedy the harms that have been incurred; and
- to support legal actions concerning current and future violations of the Federal laws and the current scheduling of marijuana and possible rescheduling of marijuana if such rescheduling occurs
