Hi, we are the Wright family.

We’re a young family of 4 from California, where we were born and raised. We recently allowed a “friend” to reside with us for a short period of time, and she is now using police to harass my family and friends to threaten the safety of my young children. She is threatening legal action against me if I end up having her leave our house due to unfortunate circumstances and is taking advantage of the situation and our kindness. She is actively displacing my son, recording my minor children in my home, and her mom has been harassing and threatening us. She is looking into a lawsuit where she will claim tenancy status, which will be a long and expensive process for us, as we are already struggling as young parents and recent homeowners due to a death in the family. We are asking for assistance in finding legal defense to sue for not only threatening the safety of our home, but emotional damages as well. We also need assistance with filing a restraining order. We have not been able to sleep or eat as we are worried about our children because this person has a history of hostile and aggressive behavior.

We have not once accepted rent or any form of payment, we took this person in because she did not have a place to stay. We are scared, threatened, and our children are being affected.
