Legal Aid for Natasha

Dear friends,

we are raising money to help Natasha Naumova with legal representation in her upcoming personal injury trial. As you know, for the past four years Natasha has been overwhelmed with legal and medical bureaucracy trying to get a fair compensation for the sustained injuries and lasting disability. The other driver who caused the accident fully acknowledged his fault, but his auto insurance company is trying to save money by contesting Natasha's claims and provided only an offer for a negligible compensation so far. After an unfortunate experience with Natasha's first attorney, who did not put enough efforts in her complicated case apparently preferring easier and more lucrative cases, we were able to find another attorney (http://kevinmsullivanlaw.com/) who agreed to take the case on semi-contingency basis where he will review the case (five file boxes of documents, pictured) and provide needed legal paperwork before the trial (for a flat fee of 5000$), and also represent Natasha in the court hearing on condition that he gets 10-15% of the final settlement (the exact % still to be negotiated, but the typical contingency fees are 25-40%).

A fair compensation from the insurance company is essential to get Natasha's life back on track and continue with expensive medical treatments and recovery. The next court conference will take place late December 2020 where the court date will be scheduled, likely for early spring 2021.
