Legal Aid for Mark's Survival

Hi, my name is Mark. My wife passed away on January 9, 2022, from kidney failure and sepsis. I've been homeless after all the medical bills took my retirement fund.

I recently had a manic episode where I was sent to a psych hospital. While I was gone, my apartment was searched and some cannabis plants were seized. I'm 67 and don't think I will survive. The result will get me evicted and left homeless. I live in Indiana and they are strict about these laws. I need help to get a lawyer. I only get social security, just over $1000 a month.
