Hello my name is Leo and I am starting a fundraiser for my father and my family during one of the hardest times we have ever faced. Our father, Leodegario, was taken by ICE on his way to work last Monday. He is currently in detention and is facing deportation to Mexico, a country he has not lived in for the last 30 years.

He is a hard working man that has done everything he can to provide for his 5 children and wife. He has been a supportive and kind person to friends and family, always the first to offer help even when he doesn't have a lot to give. We are doing everything we can to fight for his stay here and keep our family together.

The urgent need for an experienced immigration attorney is more than our family can afford, all the while living expenses like rent and utilities continue to pile up. Funds raised here will go directly toward legal fees, court costs, bond, and other essentials our family needs during this incredibly frightening time.
