Hi, my name is Alyssa.

I am a 32-year-old mother to four amazing children. If I can pinpoint the best thing I’ve done with my life so far, it is being their momma. My youngest daughter, Sarah Ann, is currently living with her father following a period of family transition.

I have spent the past year working very hard on every aspect of my life—my physical and mental health, my professional life, and my growth as a parent. It has been a long road, and I am beyond proud of the stability and progress I have achieved.

While I have made every effort to reach an amicable agreement regarding a modification to our current custody arrangement, it has become clear that court intervention is necessary to move forward. Our family has entered a very difficult legal chapter, and there are significant factors regarding Sarah Ann’s environment that must be professionally addressed to ensure her long-term safety and well-being.

As a single parent, I work hard to provide for my family, but the high costs of a contested custody case—specifically the $7,500 retainer—are currently out of reach. To ensure the 'best interests of the child' are the priority, I am asking for help to retain a lawyer who will advocate for Sarah Ann the way she deserves.
