Legal Aid for Manuel Garcia

On September 17, 2021 my brother, Manuel Garcia, was stopped in a traffic check in Atlanta, Georgia. He was not in the best of company and was riding with a “friend” that was carrying various amounts of drugs in the vehicle. Even though the drugs or vehicle were not in his name, he was still taken in for driving the vehicle. While detained the “friend” and his family already started taking measures to try to pin everything on Manuel. The “friend” comes from an upper class family and will do everything in their power to get their son off with no legal consequences. My brother is currently incarcerated in a state he has no family, friends, or loved ones in and is looking at 15-30 years in prison for a crime that is not of his own. Although he is not fully innocent, no one deserves to pay for a crime they did not commit. I started this GoFundMe to help pay for the expenses that will go towards an attorney to help my brother as best as possible in a grievous situation.
