Legacy Dance Studio is an open environment where kids in all family backgrounds are able to be creative and understand the Hip-Hop Style. Legacy Dance Studios is focused on working with children who are motivated and gifted, to help them go out into the performance and competition world. We are a studio whose goal is to have any dancer that wants to dance, be part of the studio no matter what situation they are in. We offer many scholarships to dancers who cannot afford classes while offering an affordable dance experience to families that can.

As a studio we have performed at Yard Goats Stadium, Hartford's Puerto Rican day Parade, Atlantic City Nationals Dance Competition, Hartford's Latin Fest and many other festivals across CT. We have Also been accepted to Compete at the World Dance Championship in New Jersey to represent the USA in the biggest Hip-hop Competition of the year. Universal studio has also invited us to perform at their Mardi Gras festival for next year 2023. This year our level 2 girls have won first place Hip-hop and First place overall and are now competing at Step Up 2 Dance Nationals this summer in Boston, Mass. Our Level 3 Girls have won first place Hip-hop and also first place overall and will compete @ Star Power Nationals this summer in Mohegan Sun.

Legacy Dance Studios is a very new studio to East Hartford. WE just opened our doors at our new location in East Hartford January 2nd of 2022. Our space is small but is able to fit all 23 dancers we have. Any help is amazing as our girls are in need of uniforms, dance bags, and donations for competition fees. As we get closer and closer to our deadline, we are doing everything we can to make sure our dancers are able to have their dream come true.
