Hi, I’m Stacey, Gary Marston Senior (Topo)'s daughter, and I’m reaching out to ask for your help in supporting my dad, a man who has dedicated his life to helping others. Recently, our world was shattered when he was diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer, which is incurable and untreatable, with a prognosis of just 12 months to live. This news has been devastating for our family, but we know that with the strength, love, and determination he’s always shown, he will fight this battle with everything he has.

For those who know my dad, you know he’s not just a well-known professional boxer—he is a true embodiment of strength, compassion, and generosity. He’s always the first to lend a helping hand, to step in when others are struggling, and to give selflessly without ever expecting anything in return. No matter what he’s facing, he’s always been there for others, showing love and kindness in every way he can.
