Legacy in honour of Deena Peters

Deena Peters was an exceptional woman. Her warmth, humour, charm and wit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Some of Deena's fondest memories were those shared with friends and family at Werribee Park doing what she loved most. Many nights spent camping in the 'caravan of courage', many early mornings and late evenings helping organise and facilitate some of Australia's biggest events and most importantly being the chief groom, coach, support and driving force behind Team Peters and her beautiful daughters Lucy and Tiffany.

Whilst flowers are a touching gesture, our wish is to leave a legacy at Werribee Park National Equestrian Centre in honour of Deena and Team Peters for all riders to use and enjoy for many years to come. A special place to come together, share stories, connect with friends new and old and make many treasured memories just as Deena and the Peters family have.
