Legacy Charter School is a public charter school educating over 450 children in kindergarten through 8th grade in Chicago's North Lawndale neighborhood. Legacy does not charge tuition and has no entrance exams. As a public charter school we are open to all children in Chicago. When there are more applicants than open spots, an admissions lottery is held.
Affintiv is a company that operates in the Chicago area and wants to actively participate in our community. Legacy is in our backyard and has student needs for school supplies, clothing, electronics and time. Affinitiv is participating in the fundraiser by donating laptops, computers and office furniture to help Legacy enhance its educational environment. We are also reaching out to our employees, friends and families to support us in the childrens additional needs.
Please join us in supporting the great efforts of the staff of Legacy. Every little bit helps and 100% of the donations will go to the needs of the school.
Equipment and supplies will be donated to the school on Sept 11, 2018 and are being received by Pete Granson and Jaclyn Glasgow, Legacy staff.
