This is a fundraiser for Sajad Kazimi (Alex)
Alex was a former interpreter in Afghanistan who served with and along side Canadian, American, Polish and Australian forces.
Alex worked with the Canadian Forces in 2009. He used his English language skills and translated for the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry Operational Mentoring and Liaison Teams (OMLT)
He had for years been trying to escape Afghanistan as he and his family were under constant threat of violence as coalition forces slowly pulled out. Recently they were able to leave with nothing but the most bare of essentials.
By donating you are helping to feed, clothe and shelter Alex, his wife and his 2 year old son as they find their way within a new country.
