Final Push to Help Brian and Patty in Their Continued Fight!

Dear Brigade, Village, Family and Friends,

The words BLESSED and LOVED do not do justice as to how our warrior, Brian Hoenig and Patty feel about the unwavering, unflatering, and mind blowing love and support they have received over the years and specifically over the past couple of weeks. The messages they have received from complete strangers, from MLB and NFL players encouraging Brian to continue his fight and to know tha God does have a plan for him. We may not yet understand it, but we must just believe.

With our warrior now on hospice, we are now starting to investigate and plan for Patty's future. We are helping Patty make all those tough phone calls regarding Medicare, Social Security, life insurance benefits, disability payments, tranferring car titles and how she, his beloved wife, will be able to survive once our warrior's cancer battle is over. We are already running into some issues with his Darden insurance that they just found out was cancelled in January 2020 with no communication to them that this happened. They are trying to reinstate it and make up the premium payments so that it can be reactivated. If anyone has any experience with Life Insurance issues like this, please reach out to Patty.

Several people have reached out asking how they can help at this time and with that said, we are reaching out to our brigade, family friends and loved ones for some financial support as they work through the final stages of our warrior's life. Patty wants to be with Brian as much as she can. And as she has taken so much time in the past 22 years to be with Brian during treatment, she is limited on her paid time off. They have been blessed over and over monetarily, spiritually, physically, and with encouragement by each one of you and for that they will contiue to be forever grateful.
