This is regarding the tragic incident of Leetha Joshua, who is a Registered Nurse in Mississauga, Canada.

On 4th May 2018, while she was coming out of a shopping mall, she got hit by a billboard which came out from a tall Signboard tower in the parking lot. Instantly both legs got multiple fractures and on the impact she felt backwards, injuring her head resulting in a severe head injury.

Paramedics took her to Trillium hospital Mississauga. Due to criticality of injuries she got transferred to major Trauma centre – Sunnybrook hospital Toronto. She undergone major brain surgery and Doctors confirmed that she experienced catastrophic brain damage. After 24 Hours she also underwent surgery for fracture in both legs. She is still in Critical Care.

As a nurse, she was compassionate and knowledgeable and loved by everyone. She is a loving wife and mother of 2 small children. Your support to help her in this desperate time of need is much appreciated.
