The Battle Continues

Donation protected
My name is Leetah and this year we celebrated my husband's 29th birthday by receiving the news that I have cancer. Since April 13 my health has steadily gotten worse but we never thought that it would be something this serious. Because I work in a cafeteria and one of my longest symptoms has been nose bleeds I have been unable to work since close to the beginning of May which, as you can imagine, has put a strain on our finances.

Having to face the life altering news that you are now battling cancer is hard enough but having to do so while worrying about whether you can make the bills this month makes staying optimistic and positive much harder. Any money that you donate will be used for household and medical expenses. We aren't sure how much the medical side of this is going to cost but we do know that having a couple of months to just worry about healing instead of where the bill money is coming from will do wonders for our health and sanity.

Even a dollar will help us reach our goal of not getting too far behind that we start losing the things we need. If you cannot donate then please share this so that someone who has an extra dollar or two might. I cannot tell you how much this means to us. I can't express how much it swells my heart to see people wish for me to get better, to hope for a brighter tomorrow for us, to give us support through all of this.

Thank you so much, from our family to yours.
