To say the last few weeks have been rough would be an understatement. My job of 14 years was recently terminated without any warning or explanation while I was recuperating from a 10 day stay in the hospital, leaving me without health insurance in the middle of navigating a serious illness. The emotional support from family, friends, and pets has helped me cope during this difficult time, but currently I am unable to seek employment as I have not yet been medically cleared, and I find myself needing financial assistance. As a senior living alone with 2 dogs, any money donated will go toward my general living expenses and surmounting medical bills.
