Update: 04/26/2024
Services for LeeAnne was so beautiful. Thank you to all that showed up and continued thanks for all of you who helped make it possible. My family and I are forever grateful for the outpouring of comfort and support during this entire process. LeeAnne and family have been here in California the past two weeks and although our hearts hurt we find happiness in the all the time we shared together during this time. LeeAnne is now at rest with grandma and I know they’re taking good care of each other. Thank you so much again for each and every one of your support. We love you all RIP LeeAnne

Update: 03/04/2024
On March 3, 2024 LeeAnne gained her angel wings. She fought so hard every.single.day since her diagnosis. Through it all, she kept a smile. Through it all, she was still the silly spunky LeeAnne we all knew and loved. Through it all, she never gave up. Although my family I are devastated she is gone, we find comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain and no longer suffering. She flies high with grandma Diana and we love that. We want to bring LeeAnne and her family home to California. It is where she and her family grew up and is where LeeAnne wants to be put to rest. All donations moving forward will help pay to bring LeeAnne home along with expenses for her services.

Update: 02/23/2024
It’s been almost a year since LeeAnne’s diagnosis and it’s been a huge battle. LeeAnne and her family are in huge need of support right now. Treatments have been ongoing and constant and we are still asking for your help. Prayers are always welcomed as well.

Thanks in advance to anyone and everyone for your help. We really appreciate it

I am reaching out for help during this unexpected and difficult time. It was recently founded that LeeAnne, my cousin, has cancer.

She was admitted to the hospital on March 29, 2023 with difficulties breathing. It was at this time she found out she has cancer. She was diagnosed with BrandT cell mixed phenotype acute leukemia-a rare type representing just 2-3% of all leukemia cases. Leukemia is a type of cancer that attacks blood-forming cells in the bone marrow and unfortunately with it being acute, this means that it spreads quickly. Luckily, she has already started a round of chemotherapy.

LeeAnne is a hard working, fun spirited, loving and caring person. She has a strong love for her family, always putting them at the forefront of her mind. She has two beautiful nieces that she spoils rotten. She works tirelessly as an in home caregiver for mentally and physically disabled people. She is always thinking of and helping others. It’s time we put LeeAnne first and let her only focus be on her treatment and wellness.

I am asking for donations to help pay for LeeAnne’s medical bills as well as her living expenses. It doesn’t matter how big or small your donation is, anything and everything will help. I don’t want her to have to worry and stress over any of that while she’s in the hospital and receiving treatment.
