Leeann Russell’s funeral and medical

   We are completely saddened to update this GoFundMe for my mom which was originally for bills and help for my family to be able to help my mother while she was sick . She was in a lot of pain and on Father’s Day and her youngest sons birthday she had became at peace again and joined our father in heaven . We would greatly appreciate any amount of support as we were already in a tough situation with finances and my father not being able to work for the past four months , so he could be with her as much as he could. 

     Hello everyone my names Brittany Russell and although times are tough for everyone right now, It’s been exceptionally hard for my mother and our family . As you may know, my mother has been diagnosed with a carcinoid tumor. In one year, she has had 3 failed back surgeries. She’s got many other issues such as epilepsy,chrons disease , Hashimoto’s , afib, osteoporosis , high-blood pressure, Hashimoto’s  and we’ll honestly the list can go on .Sadly, things haven’t exactly turned for the better, finding out she has a tumor on her pituitary gland as well. She will now be having an additional surgery on December 8th at City of Hope.
We are constantly looking for ways to cover the expenses that come with having to get hotels, pay for food outside of the home to care , gas for many appointments that happen to be a days worth of traveling and waiting, not including medical co pays and medications.
Being the oldest, it’s always been my responsibility to care for the family and find ways to have everyone taken of. I had to stop working full time to stay home and care for Cameron and my mother, who both need above average supportive needs. We went from a 3-income household to my father being the only one able to work.
My dad is one of the hardest working men I know, that also doesn’t know when to ask for help . My dad recently got into two separate car accidents in one week , that were completely out of his control causing us to get a rental and cover more unexpected expenses. 
      With the holidays coming and the newyear with new deductibles . I’m looking to bring some peace of mind to the ones I love and care for most with a little help of anyone else who may understand and care as I do . I appreciate everyone taking their time out to read this and who can help in any way they can !
