My name is Dale. Lee and I go back as far as I can remember. We grew up together — same school, same age, and for a time, next door neighbours.

This morning Lee passed away after being struck by a vehicle in Hoole, Chester. It was a hit and run, and the driver has not yet been found. If anyone has any information at all, please contact the authorities '101' — someone out there knows something.
