Lee Roy Billington Medical Expenses

Lee Roy Billington suffered a catastrophic back operation in 2010.  As many of you know he is a quadriplegic.  But he has heroically overcome this disability by learning how to use voice commands with his computer to research, write, and provide petroleum engineering solutions for friends and clients.
He has been living with his daughter Julie, son-in-law Zach Taliaferro and their children.
However he lost all his medical insurance years ago.  Recently he suffered flu and pneumonia symptoms that put him in the hospital for several days and brought him near death.  He has recovered now, but the hospital and doctors bills are a tremendous burden for him and his daughter's family.
Many of you have benefited like I have from his friendship, engineering knowledge and experience.  Much of it given for free.
Lee Roy grew up in Newgulf & Boling area in Wharton County, and obtained his degree from Texas A&M.
