On the 1st of March I will be running the St David’s Dragons race to see how far I can run i have 7 hours to complete 10k, half marathon, marathon or ultra marathon il be pushing for half marathon but let’s see how far I can go..

I have spoken with the Sarah and Casey and they are both happy for me to go ahead and set up a Gofund me to help raise money in memory of Lee Nash who fought so hard after having a heart transplant ❤️ but sadly passed away on January 17th 2025.

The money will go towards the extra payment cost that the family had to pay to bring Nashy back to the Rhondda where he belongs. Nashy was My neighbours Allun and Ann nephew and they do so much for me I couldn’t think of a better family to help in such heartbreaking time.

Any money raised over will be going to the children of Nashy..
