My name is Linette Perez. I am a community activist in Lawrence, Ma. I meet the Paulino family a few years ago working in the community.  In mid November I saw a post on Facebook about a 16 year that was missing in Lawrence,Ma. A few days later I learned that the child missing was Ivelise and Gustavo Paulino's grandson.  I reached out to the family to let them know that I was available if they thought there was anything I could do.  I started working with the family in the search for their missing child. 
Lee Manuel Viloria Paulino disappeared in Lawrence, Ma on November 18, 2016. Lee's family was in agony not knowing his whereabouts. On December 1st, 2016, the family's worst fears were confirmed. Lee's body was found by the riverbank in his home town. Lee was the victim of a "horrific" crime. A classmate took Lee's life in the most unimaginable manner. Lee's family now faces the loss of this young man. The family now has funeral expenses and other unplanned expenses . All funds collected through this page will go towards assisting the family with funeral costs and legal fees the family will aquire with this very painful process.  Should  there be funds remaining after the expenses are paid, the family will open a scholarship fund in Lee's name. The scholarship will go to a student at the Lawrence High School, the school were Lee attended.
